Bully US Picked On Famous Burmese Nationalist MP

Famous Burmese nationalist MP U Aung Thaung.
WASHINGTON-- U.S. Sanctions Myanmar Lawmaker Ahead of Obama Visit. The U.S. has imposed sanctions on a Myanmar lawmaker and businessman linked to attacks on Myanmar's democratic opposition.

The new sanctions, announced Friday, come days before President Barack Obama is scheduled to visit the Southeast Asian country, also known as Burma, as part of a gathering of regional leaders.

The White House said late Thursday that Mr. Obama spoke by telephone with Nobel Peace Prize laureate Aung San Suu Kyi, a leading opposition figure who was targeted in attacks, as well as President Thein Sein.

The new sanctions will require U.S.-connected firms and individuals to freeze the assets of Aung Thaung, a current member of Myanmar's lower house of parliament and former industry minister and army officer.

The U.S. Treasury Department in a statement blamed Aung Thaung for working to undermine recent economic and political changes in Myanmar and said he has been implicated in previous attacks on the country's democratic opposition. Myanmar embassy staff in Washington didn't immediately respond to a request for comment on the sanctions.

Evil Muslims Grooming Aussie Kids To Become Terrorists

Six-year-old 'soldier for Khilafa': kids radicalised in shocking video. A Sydney Muslim youth group is under investigation after a disturbing video of children as young as six years old calling for an end to Australian democracy was unearthed by 7News.

In the vision, children as young as six years old call for violent action against non-Muslims and to reject Australia and its values. Video reveals shocking radicalisation of Australian Muslim children. A terror risk expert says it's brainwashing, aimed at creating violent extremists. The video shows four Australian children, aged six to 13, calling for an end to our way of life.

"These are disturbing and shocking images and they do raise concerns about the welfare of the four young boys who are identified in the video,” Family and Community Services Minister Gabrielle Upton said.

Colgate Paid 100 Million For Myanmar Laser Toothpaste

Dow Jones: U.S. consumer goods company Colgate-Palmolive Co. has acquired a local toothpaste maker in Myanmar, making it the biggest inbound merger and acquisition in the Southeast Asia nation, people with knowledge of the deal said Tuesday.

Colgate bought Laser Brand Toothpaste for around $100 million, one of the people said. The acquisition is one of the largest investments from an American company in Myanmar since economic sanctions against the country were first eased in 2012, ending the Southeast Asian country's six decades of isolation under military rule.

Colgate follows General Electric, Coca-Cola and Gap Inc., all of whom have restarted operations in Myanmar over the past two years, with Coca-Cola pledging more than $200 million in investment there over the next five years.

MSF Doctors Spreading Ebola In The United States

MSF Ebola Doctor Craig Spencer.
New York Ebola doctor was told by charity he worked for that he didn't have to self-quarantine after returning from Ebola-ravaged country. Dr Craig Spencer returned to the U.S. on October 17 from Guinea where he was treating patients with non-profit group, Doctors Without Borders.

Doctors Without Borders (MSF) said 'Self-quarantine is neither warranted nor recommended when a person is not displaying Ebola-like symptoms' and insisted Dr Spencer had followed Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF) protocols since his return from Africa.

MSF told MailOnline contrary to reports they are not considering a mandatory quarantine for healthcare workers returning from West Africa even though, since March, three MSF international staff members have been infected with deadly Ebola.

New York's Ebola-stricken doctor was told by the charity that he worked for that he did not have to self-quarantine after returning from an Ebola-ravaged country. Dr Craig Spencer returned to the U.S. on October 17 from Ebola 'hot zone' Guinea where he was treating patients with non-profit group, Médecins Sans Frontières/Doctors Without Borders (MSF).

Doubts Cloud “Perfect” Koh Tao Murder Investigation

Burmese protesting in NYC against Thai police injustice.
Universal doubts cloud ‘perfect’ Koh Tao murder investigation! For weeks popular speculation ran deep police that would finger Burmese migrant workers for the murder of two foreign tourists on Koh Tao, and when it came true on Friday, you could almost hear the groans.

An investigation which came out of the gate “focusing on migrant laborers” before moving on to a British friend of the deceased and “especially Rohingya” and even influential “mafia figures” for a time, eventually came full circle to three migrant laborers implicated by no more than circumstantial evidence, an alleged DNA hit and a now-recanted confession.

Along the way the investigation accumulated numerous accounts of witness torture, bribery, bizarre claims and threats. However, after so many missteps, questionable statements and by all appearances a totally shambolic investigation, there was one big problem for the police who’ve been under intense pressure to show results: No one bought it.

Accused Burmese Killers Of British Couple Recanted

Two Burmese were tortured by the Bengali-Muslim
interpreter and Thai policemen to confesssion.
The two Burmese migrants accused murdering two British holidaymakers in Koh Tao have recanted their confessions, claiming they made under duress.

A lawyer from the Burmese embassy said Zaw Lin and Win Zaw Htun, who are jointly accused of bludgeoning Hannah Witheridge, 23, and David Miller, 24, to death, told him they were tortured into confessing.

The tourists were found dead at a rocky alcove on September 15 and police last week arrested the two migrant workers, both 21, announcing soon after they had admitted responsibility for the killings.

The bodies of Hannah Witheridge, 23, and David Miller, 24, were found on September 15. Post mortems found Miss Witheridge died from head wounds while Mr Miller suffered blows to the head and drowned. But comments by Burmese lawyer Aung Myo Thant to Burmese media, translated by the news website Coconuts Bangkok, threw doubt on their confessions.

Tin’s New Frontier Myanmar Threatens Indonesia

(BLOOMBERG) - Myanmar is emerging as the new frontier in the tin industry as Indonesia, the biggest shipper, seeks to restrict supply and boost prices.

Output in Myanmar will rise by 12 percent to 28,000 metric tons next year, giving it 10 percent of the global market, according to ITRI Ltd., a St. Albans, England-based industry group. Production will keep increasing partly because Myanmar Pongpipat Co. plans to expand its southern Heinda mine, Managing Director Kriangkrai Chavaltanpipat said in an interview.

Tin retreated 13 percent on the London Metal Exchange this year, the biggest loser on the bourse, as supplies increased even after Indonesia tightened rules on exports. The glut will persist through 2016, with rising shipments from Myanmar and elsewhere thwarting Indonesia’s efforts to raise prices, according to Macquarie Group Ltd.

Chinese Firm Stole Turbine Code From US Company

Sinovel Wind Stole wind turbine code from AMSC.
KLAGENFURT, Austria - Engineer guilty in software theft. Passed American Superconductor codes to wind turbine company in China. A court yesterday found an engineer guilty of stealing wind turbine technology from American Superconductor Corp. and giving it to a Chinese turbine maker that is a former customer of the Devens company.

After a three-hour trial, Dejan Karabasevic, 38, was sentenced to one year in jail and two years probation for passing proprietary turbine control software to Sinovel Wind Group Co., based in Beijing.

Karabasevic, who worked in American Superconductor’s subsidiary in Austria, was also ordered by Klagenfurt district court officials to pay his former employer roughly $270,000 in damages. “I made the biggest mistake of my life,’’ Karabasevic said before the jury began deliberations, “and I am deeply sorry for it.’’

Bengali Muslims & Never Ending Violence In Burma

So-called Rohingyas or Bengali-Muslim illegals are so
violent Burmese need armed-escort to enter their camps.
October 20, 2014: The government attempt to placate the Moslem world by granting citizenship to Bengali Muslims has failed because the procedure allows very few Bengali Muslims to qualify and most Bengali Muslims are going to remain stateless.

During the initial tests of the new system over 80 percent of the Bengali Muslims who applied were rejected because they did not have the required documents to prove that their families had lived in Burma for generations.

The UN, the United States and most Moslem countries have been pressuring Burma to make the so-called Rohingya in Burma citizens. This would, according to the foreign critics, halt the violence between Moslems and Buddhists in Burma. That’s unlikely as far as the Burmese are concerned.

Hong Kong Protest As Much About Dollar As Democracy

HONG KONG--A key reason why protesters in Hong Kong are demanding free elections for the first time is their dissatisfaction with the state of the city's economy and the pro-business establishment that runs it.

Hong Kong has one of the world's biggest wealth gaps and its highest real-estate prices. Years of stagnant wage growth have created deep frustration among students and the middle class.

One target of their frustration is the city's tycoons, a handful of families and colonial era conglomerates that control most of the real estate, many of the retailers and nearly all of the utilities and buses.

"Tycoons don't need sympathy, but they're between a rock and a hard place," said Jean-Pierre Lehmann, a visiting professor in the University of Hong Kong's business and economics program. "Hong Kong has a number of critical problems, such as inequality, and the tycoons are seen as being an emblem of that."

Obama Spreading Ebola in US By Refusing A Travel Ban

Obama: Ebola travel ban could make things worse. President Barack Obama on Saturday urged Americans to avoid hysteria over Ebola, and played down the idea of travel bans from Ebola-ravaged countries in West Africa, explaining that restrictions could make things worse.

Lawmakers this week urged Obama to bar people from Liberia, Sierra Leone and Guinea from entering the United States. Obama has said he is not philosophically opposed to travel bans, but in his weekly address made it clear that he is not leaning toward them.

“We can’t just cut ourselves off from West Africa,” Obama said, explaining it would make it harder to move health workers and supplies into the region, and would motivate people trying to get out the region to evade screening, making it harder to track cases.

Pakistani Muslims Eating & Selling Bodies Of Kidnapped

In Baluchistan, a resource-rich province of Pakistan, thousands of innocent civilians and activists have been missing for decades now. The missing individuals have been abducted by Pakistan’s military and associated forces as a way to suppress and subjugate the Baluch people.

The actual number of missing people is not known nor has the government taken any steps over years to bring the families to justice.  According to International Voice for Baluch Missing persons 18,000 persons went missing in the 2001-2013, out whom 2000 were killed and their bodies were found mutilated on lone streets.

Amid all these intense situations comes news of human meat being served in Quetta, Baluchistan. In a recent revelation that was shunned by Pakistani Army and no media was allowed to publish the news, in many small restaurants human meat was being served.

Hannan Traders supplied meat to these restaurants whose owner, Asghar Hannan also supplied meat at the army stationed in Quetta. The revelation came to be noticed when people from these restaurants started complaining about the meat that was being served was different from usual meat, with difficulty to eat and smelt foul.

Dutch Crusaders-Bikers “No Surrender” From Netherlands

Outlaw bikers fighting ISIS in Iraq? They put their motorcycle boots on the ground! Outlaw Dutch bikers have joined forces with Kurdish fighters battling ISIS fanatics in Iraq — and authorities in the Netherlands say that’s just fine with them.

Klaas Otto, head of the No Surrender motorcycle club, told Dutch broadcasters that three members from the cities of Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Breda recently joined the fight outside Mosul in northern Iraq, Agence France-Presse said.

A photo on a Dutch-Kurdish Twitter account showed one of the men — a heavily tattooed Dutchman named Ron — clad in military garb, holding a Kalashnikov assault rifle and flashing the “victory” sign as he sits with a Kurdish comrade in a fortified bunker. “Ron from The Netherlands has joined the Kurds to exterminate the rodents of [ISIS],” text with the photo reads.

No Surrender is one of the Netherlands’ biggest motorcycle clubs, with membership rivaling that of the Dutch Hells Angels’ chapter. And, unlike Dutch citizens who might side with ISIS in the fight, the bikers would face no punishment from the Dutch government — because they are not committing a crime.

Islam And Muslims Are Spreading Ebola In West-Africa

Islam isn’t just at the heart of the terror threat posed by the Islamic State (ISIS). The religion is also contributing to the other major crisis plaguing the globe: the spread of Ebola.

Washington and its media stenographers won’t tell you this, lest they look intolerant, but Islamic burial rituals are a key reason why health officials can’t contain the spread of the deadly disease in West Africa.

Many of the victims of Ebola in the three hot-spot nations there — Sierra Leone and Guinea, as well as neighboring Liberia — are Muslim. Roughly 73% of Sierra Leone’s and about 85% of Guinea’s people are Muslim. Islam, moreover, is practiced by more than 13% of Liberians.

Travel Lodge Removes Bibles From Their Hotel Rooms

Hotel Without A Holy Bible.
One of Britain’s biggest hotel chains has removed Bibles from its rooms to avoid upsetting non-Christians (Muslims). The decision by Travelodge has been condemned as ‘tragic and bizarre’ by the Church of England, which says Bibles in hotel rooms are important to provide hope, comfort and inspiration to travellers.

But the chain, which runs 500 hotels, said the country was becoming increasingly multicultural and it had taken the action for ‘diversity reasons’. It said the policy was implemented ‘in order not to discriminate against any religion’ – despite having had no complaints from guests.

Bibles were taken away at the same time as a refurbishment of its rooms, removing drawers where they were kept. The Bibles, which were provided free by the Gideon Society, have been retained and are stored behind reception for guests to borrow on request, the company says.

Islamist Turkey Helping Evil ISIS Slaughter Kurds

Isis in Kobani: Why Turkey is allowing the town to fall. A history of appalling brutality between the Ankara government and the Kurds is the key to President Erdogan's priorities

In 1994, I was wandering around the Grand Bazaar in Istanbul when a bomb went off in the next street. At first I thought a cooking stove had blown up, but then heavily armed police and soldiers poured into the building and shouted at us to leave. Later in the day, I discovered that two people had been killed and many others injured. It was my first visit to Turkey, and a shocking introduction to the armed conflict between the Turkish government and the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK).

Last year, the PKK's imprisoned leader, Abdullah Ocalan, called for a ceasefire. By then, the conflict had been going for almost 30 years and killed around 42,000 people; most of the dead were Kurdish insurgents or civilians but the fatalities included more than 6,500 members of the Turkish security forces.

This is the background to the otherwise bewildering behaviour of Turkey, which has tanks stationed within sight of the besieged Syrian town of Kobani. Last week, as mainly Kurdish fighters fought street battles with Islamic State, also known as Isis, Turkish forces watched and did nothing.

Islamic Beheading Of American Grandma In Oklahoma

AP: Black Muslim convert Alton Nolen has been charged with murder in the first degree in the death of Colleen Hufford, in Moore, Oklahoma. She never saw him coming, according to police.

Just after 4pm on September 25, American Colleen Hufford, a 54-year-old grandmother and worker at Vaughan Foods in Moore, Oklahoma, was standing in the doorway of the front office in the food processing facility's main building when Alton Nolen, a co-worker who had just been suspended over an argument with another colleague, violently grabbed her from behind.

As horrified employees watched, Nolen, a 30-year-old production line worker with a criminal history, savagely sawed at Hufford's throat with a large kitchen knife he had gone home to retrieve, severing her head.

Nolen then went after Traci Johnson, a 43-year-old co-worker, viciously slashing her face and her throat in an attempt to decapitate her, too. But his bloody rampage came to an abrupt end when he was shot and wounded by the company's top executive, who also happens to be a reserve deputy sheriff. Johnson, while severely wounded, survived.

Atlanta Rabbi Shalom Lewis: Time To Wipe Out Islam!

(Direct from the MONDOWEISS & BARE NAKED ISLAM on 3 October 2014.)

Renowned Atlanta Rabbi gives a stirring Rosh Hashonah sermon about the threat Islam poses to Jews and Christians around the world. Rabbi Shalom Lewis of Congregation Etz Chaim in the Atlanta suburb of Marietta, Georgia recently gave a Rosh Hashanah sermon to welcome in the Jewish New Year.

The sermon, republished in full below, calls for a war on Islam and Muslims worldwide. Lewis says a “holy crusade” against Islam is needed to “exterminate it utterly and absolutely.”

I thought that maybe I’d start with a rendition of Paul McCartney’s plaintive masterpiece “Yesterday”… “Yesterday, all my troubles seemed so far away. Now it looks as though they’re here to stay, oh I believe in yesterday” – but then I thought, too romantic.  Perhaps the story of Chicken Little – “The sky is falling. The sky is falling” and I thought, getting closer but too childish.

ISIS Evil Muslims Beheaded British Aid Worker

British citizen Alan Henning beheaded by the Islamic State (ISIS) in Syria. Henning had been a dedicated humanitarian aid worker helping Muslims in Syria. See where it gets you if you stands with Evil Muslims? Next on the beheading list is another American.

A video has surfaced online that appears to show the beheading of British captive Alan Henning by a purported member of the terror group ISIS, who then threatens the life of an American hostage.

“I am Alan Henning. Because of our Parliament’s decision to attack the Islamic State [ISIS], I, as a member of the British public, will now pay the price for that decision,” Henning says in the video, before his apparent executioner speaks.

Burka Should Be Banned In Australia: Tony Abbott

Prime Minister Tony Abbott reveals he wishes the burka 'was not worn' in Australia. Prime Minister Tony Abbott says he wishes the burka "was not worn" in Australia, and has indicated he may support calls to ban the Islamic head-covering from being worn by visitors to Parliament House.

Coalition backbenchers Cory Bernardi and George Christensen have said they believe the burka should be removed at security checkpoints coming into the building. Speaker of the House Bronwyn Bishop and Senate President Stephen Parry are seeking advice from security agencies but are yet to make a decision.

Mr Abbott said Parliament House had to be treated as a secure building. "It is perfectly appropriate that in certain circumstances people be required to show their face. There can't be one rule for one form of attire and a different rule for another form of attire," he said.
